The Mississippi Public Service Commission has entered the dispute between state Attorney General Jim Hood and Entergy Mississippi by subpoenaing all court records and documents associated with Louisiana’s litigation against Entergy.
In an order issued Wednesday, the PSC directed Entergy Mississippi Inc. and Entergy Services, Inc. to produce “all testimony, transcripts, documents, exhibits, and work papers associated with litigation at issue in Louisiana against Entergy.”
The PSC said it expects the documents to be filed by Tuesday.
The two court cases in Louisiana eventually led to utility regulators ordering Entergy Louisiana to refund more than $100 million to ratepayers.
