Zach Scruggs is like a frog in hot water . . . he’s actually cooked, but he’s the only one that doesn’t seem to know it.
In August, Judge Mills signed a Show Cause order to show proof why Zach was still admitted to federal court after being disbarred.
On September 16, Scruggs responded through counsel saying that there was no mechanism to “permanently disbar” him.
One thing ’bout those Scruggs boys . . . it’s always somethin’.
