Sources tell Kingfish that apparently former Hinds County District Attorney Ed Peters was served papers outside of his home this morning. Mr. Peters refused service, putting his hands over his ears, and went inside his home. His wife threw the papers down on the ground but apparently Mr. Peters is considered to have been served under the law.
