Hood, State Farm may dismiss lawsuit
After a full day of testimony and five hours of negotiations Wednesday evening, Attorney General Jim Hood and State Farm are prepared to end a legal dispute in U.S. District Court.
Hood said Wednesday night that an order dismissing the case should be entered this morning.
