Priorities include:
Allowing authorities to use wire tapping in public corruption cases with a judge’s permission. Right now, wire tapping is only allowed in drug cases.
Creating an election court, possibly made of of three retired Circuit judges, who could handle an contests quickly without disturbing the judicial system.
Reforming campaign finance to limit Political Action Committee contributions.
Clamping down on social networking sites such as Facebook and MySpace, including prohibiting owners or operators from allowing minors under 16 to create profiles without a parental permission.
Making confirmed police indicent reports available to the public and media.
