NMC Checks Out Balducci’s Chops
Tim Balducci apparently had a different theory.
The first three are all criminal cases in which the circuit judge was Henry Lackey — and Tim lost! And lost on appeal! Two were of such insignificance the court did not write an opinion, and in the third, the only issue was insufficiency of the evidence (in appellate lawyer terms, “almost no issue at all”). He lost four of the next five, too, several more without opinions.
Whatever Tim was, he was not an appellate advocate. But he clearly did spend some time having his butt kicked around a circuit courtroom by some assistant district attorney in front of Judge Lackey.
