Veteran Insurance Commissioner George Dale was collecting one of his old campaign signs late last week for a keepsake.
He joked that he would only be 70 when the next election rolls around and he might have use for it again when people start calling “bring back Dale.”
Dale was joking and trying to put a happy face on what was personally a disappointing loss in a final career attempt for re-election to the office he has held for eight terms.
