Governor Haley Barbour said he supports both Charlie Ross and Phil Bryant – the two Republican candidates attempting to cozy up to the governor in a bid for GOP’s lieutenant governor nomination.
“They are two good men who have both done a very good job in the positions they are in now,” Barbour said at an event to unveil his new Pine Belt campaign headquarters, which is located in the Arbor Shopping Center beside the Cowboy Maloney’s store.
“Either one would make a fine lieutenant governor,” he said.
