The members of the Mississippi Press Association invited the two principal gubernatorial candidates to come and participate in a forum at our recent convention in Biloxi.
This year both Gov. Haley Barbour and his main rival, John Arthur Eaves, accepted; but Barbour, despite being the guest, laid out his own set of ground rules.
Yes, he would be glad to come and take questions. No, he would not appear at the same time as Eaves.
