Web site created to remove supervisor candidate
A Web site has been created as an online petition to get one candidate for supervisor to withdraw from the upcoming election.
The site, www.madisoncountyrighttovote.com , calls for District 3 supervisor candidate D.I. Smith of Ridgeland to ?withdraw his name from the ballot and allow the respective political parties to have appropriate primary races to establish a fair and open election in Fall 2007.?
The Web site, created on April 2, is registered to Bill Murphy of Madison.
