Federal authorities say six people have been arrested, and two more arrests are coming, on the first federal indictments directly connected to a Hurricane Katrina homeowner grant program in Mississippi.
Three people from Mississippi, one from Louisiana, one from Florida and one from Maryland were indicted on charges of making false claims after Katrina, which blew ashore Aug. 29, 2005.
