Charlie Ross to Visit Hattiesburg on Campaign Kick Off Tour

State Senator Charlie Ross, a candidate for Lieutenant Governor, will be stopping in Hattiesburg as part of his statewide campaign kick-off tour. Senator Ross will speak at the Hattiesburg GI Associates on Wednesday, April 4, at 12 pm. The clinic is located at 100 Methodist Blvd. in Hattiesburg.

Senator Ross has served in the state senate for nearly a decade, earning a reputation as a conservative Republican leader who gets results. During his tenure in the senate, Ross has written and passed Mississippi’s comprehensive Tort Reform Act, Jessica’s Law, the Castle
Doctrine Law, and Megan’s Law, as well as fighting against tax increases, pushing for more resources in public education, and helping the Gulf Coast recover after Hurricane Katrina.

“With strong conservative leadership, Mississippi can move forward and reach its full potential,” Ross said. “I believe that by listening to the concerns of all Mississippians, we can work together to ensure the bright future of our state.” Senator Ross’ campaign kick-off tour will travel across the state for nearly two weeks, making over 13 stops.

“I look forward to meeting many of the people around the state who believe in the future of Mississippi,” Ross said. “Our state’s greatest asset is our people’s belief in hard work and strong values, and I know that Mississippi’s progress depends on them.”
