2nd man charged in 2003 strangling
Jackson police arrested a man Saturday who faces charges in a 2003 slaying.
Vidal Sullivan, 32, was taken into custody about 2:30 a.m. at the Hotel 8 on I-55 North, said police spokesman Robert Graham. Sullivan is among three men charged with murder in the February 2003 slaying of Carey Bias, 25.
