Madison County absentees more than double for #MSSen runoff
From Madison County Journal Facebook: MC Circuit Clerk Lee Westbrook just said over 700 absentee ballots have been filed for Tuesday’s run-off. Only 300 during June 3 primary. Higher absentee number traditionally indicates higher turnout, she said. Madison County Journal 6/20/14
