Ware v Dupree Live – MS Democratic Trust’s Brandon Jones argues against having a jury

Dupree and Ware in court – begins once jury selected DuPree’s attorney, Brandon Jones, claimed the outcome of the election should not be determined by a jury, and DuPree supporters erupted in cheers. The judge rejected the motion and the case will go to trial starting Tuesday afternoon. WDAM 7/23/13
