FLASH – MSSC overturns Judge Winston Kidd faster than a short order IHOP cook – HB 2 is again law
In what can only be determined as a smackdown, the MS Supreme Court predictably overturned Judge Winston Kidd’s injunction against HB 2 (the Open Carry Law) taking effect. As a result of the order, HB 2 is now officially on the books. Here is a copy of the order.
