Melton to drivers with overdue fines: We’ll tow your car

The Clarion-Ledger, 9/18/7 First, he wanted to garnishee violators’ wages. Then, he wanted to lock people up. Now, Jackson Mayor Frank Melton wants to tow violators’ car. It’s all part of his overall plan to help the city collect some of the $10 million in unpaid fines.
