Appeal halts Jackson land grab
The Clarion-Ledger, 6/1/7 Eleventh-hour appeals of Byram’s court-approved incorporation have blocked it from becoming Mississippi’s newest municipality and stalled Jackson’s expansion plan. State high court denies request for no hearing on sanctions
