Millsaps supporters say they are seeking $600,000 from corporate sponsors to make upgrades to entice the New Orleans Saints to return for training camp on the private college’s campus.
“There is a good possibility they are coming,” said Jackson businessman Con Maloney, a Millsaps trustee who is helping raise the money. “We are trying to respond to their request for additional things they want. It’s not totally out of the ordinary.”
