Baiting bill headed to Barbour’s desk

The Clarion-Ledger, 4/1/8 A bill that would allow hunting deer over bait is headed to the desk of Gov. Haley Barbour. The Mississippi House on Monday voted 68-51 to concur with Senate amendments to H.B. 1089.
