Judge DeLaughter’s trial moved to August U.S. District Judge Glen Davidson has granted Hinds County Circuit Judge Bobby DeLaughter’s request to continue his trial on corruption charges. The trial is now set for Aug. 17 instead of April 6, and still will be in Oxford. Sun Herald 3/24/9
