Bryant appointee to 10th District Circuit Judge Cobb takes oath
Cobb Takes Over Role as 10th District Circuit Judge Justin Cobb took an oath Tuesday to become a circuit judge for the 10th Judicial District, which serves Lauderdale, Clarke, Kemper and Wayne Counties. He replaces Robert Bailey, who is retiring. Cobb was appointed by Governor Phil Bryant.
