Clifton Carroll is the Executive Director of The Skills Foundation of Mississippi, a nonprofit that seeks to increase Mississippi's supply of skilled workers. Prior to joining The Skills Foundation, Clifton worked on policy and legislative issues in Governor Reeves' office and at the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency. Clifton is a native of Yazoo City and a proud alumnus of Ole Miss.
