Dr. Robert F. Graboyes is a nationally recognized health care expert, economist, and journalist. Author of “Fortress and Frontier in American Health Care,” Dr. Graboyes received the Reason Foundation’s 2014 Bastiat Prize for Journalism. He previously served as a senior research fellow for the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, senior health care advisor for the National Federation of Independent Business, Sub-Saharan Africa economist for Chase Manhattan Bank, and regional economist/director of education at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.
