Nutt’s message has resonated with his players. Using 2008 as an example, when Ole Miss won its last six games after starting 3-4, the Rebels believe some salvaging can occur. Other than – of course – improved play on the field, Ole Miss is focusing on keeping the team together and not letting outside derision impact the locker room.
