The spotlight is on The Plains of Auburn

From The Sports Think Tank-
Here we go again…..October college football. It doesn’t get any better. Now that Alabama is mortal – who’s the next undefeated team to get dinged? Ohio State? Auburn? Oregon?

Game of the week:
Arkansas v. Auburn or Mallet v. Newton
This should be a good game in Auburn this weekend. Ryan Mallet and the Hawgs are coming off a ho-hum win over an average Texas A&M team, and Auburn survived in Lexington last weekend, with a last-second field goal. Mallet is one of the best, but I’m going with Auburn and Cam Newton. He’s the best QB in the SEC, and could be the best football player in the country by the end of the season. We’ll have some fireworks in this game. You’ll want to make sure and be in front of a TV at 2:30 on Saturday.

Ohio State v. Wisconsin

Typical Big 10 this is a big game with only one big-time game. That’s when you know your conference is down. Penn State and Michigan are average at best, and Wisconsin and Iowa are pretty good, but nowhere near top-10 teams. Terrelle Pryor and the Buckeyes should handle this one. The wild-card? This game is in Madison, WI and former Big 10 players will tell you Madison is the toughest place to play.
