Mascot coming later this week?
OXFORD — Ole Miss’ mascot selection committee hopes to have wrapped up its work by the end of this week, its website says.
A week-long period of polling ended Tuesday. The online poll asked Ole Miss stakeholders how they felt about three finalists — Rebel Black Bear, Rebel Land Shark and Hotty Toddy. We profiled the fight over the new mascot last week.
