Nutt hopes QB situation resolved by weekend
“Still wrestling with it,” Nutt said. “You’re just looking at everything. There’s a reason why he was kicked off out there. We understand that. We’re just looking at all avenues.”
UM and Nutt are attempting to determine whether to accept the QB, who has high potential on the field but a troubled past off of it. Ole Miss could use another quarterback in the wake of Raymond Cotton’s departure last week; Masoli has a year of eligibility remaining after being dismissed from Oregon’s team last month.
