Torbush works the sidelines for Miss. State
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Carl Torbush did a little babysitting on Saturday.
Normally confined to the coaches box, Mississippi State’s defensive coordinator did his work on the sidelines in the Bulldogs’ 27-6 win against Middle Tennessee State. The main reason: MSU’s secondary is awfully green.
Redshirt freshman Corey Broomfield and junior college transfer Maurice Langston – who was suspended for the first three games – both made their first career starts Saturday.
