…Instead, we’re left with the wait-and-see-if-the-federal-government-will-bail-us-out approach. The problem is that Trump’s infrastructure plan likely is not going to be a workable solution for these specific needs.

It’s important to note that no one — not even the Trump administration — knows exactly what the plan will entail. Trump touts it as $1 trillion in infrastructure improvements, though that’s only the expected private investment.
