Texas judge Nancy Atlas has been appointed to hear the True the Vote et al. v. Hosemann et al.
According to judgepedia Atlas “is an Article III federal judge on senior status for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She joined the court in 1995 after being nominated by President Bill Clinton. Atlas assumed senior status on June 20, 2014, leaving active service just under 19 years.”
