Tea Party Patriots spokesman Kevin Broughton called Supertalk Radio “food-stamp radio” in a tweet to YP’s Frank Corder this morning.
Broughton routinely and overenthusiastically (often harshly) challenges tweeters regarding the Missjssippi Senate race. He has made no bones about his anti-Thad Cochran and pro-Chris McDaniel stances on social media (@morningvent on Twitter) and in Tea Party Patriot press conferences.
The spokesman justified his claim by tweeting: “they average $800K per year in food stamp/Medicaid advertising money from state every year. Am I wrong, Frank?”
He followed that up with: “Do they run ads telling people how to sign up for food stamps & Medicaid? Or am I making that up, Frank?
