WLBT confirms – DeLaughter in half way house
JACKSON, MS (WLBT) – Former Hinds County Circuit Judge Bobby DeLaughter has been transferred to a halfway house to serve out the remainder of his prison sentence.
Traci Billingsley, with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, confirmed the move Thursday.
Billingsley would not release the location where DeLaughter is being housed. But she did say DeLaughter will complete his sentence on April 23, 2011.
