Judge Declares ObamaCare Unconstitutional
BILOXI, MS – Following the federal court ruling in Virginia declaring the Obama administration’s health care reform law unconstitutional, Congressman-Elect Steven Palazzo made the following statement:
“I applaud Judge Henry Hudson for recognizing the constitutional flaws in the Democrat health care law. Judge Hudson’s ruling paves the way to begin dismantling one of the most egregious aspects of the bill, the individual mandate. Once I am sworn in, I will keep my campaign pledge to work with my colleagues to defund, repeal and replace this dangerous overreach by the federal government.”
Palazzo will be sworn in as a member of the 112th Congress on January 5, 2011.
