Ex-Miss. educator appeals lawsuit
A federal appeals court will hear arguments June 3 from a former Amite County principal and coach who filed a discrimination lawsuit against the school district.
A federal judge in 2008 dismissed the $10 million lawsuit filed by former Amite County High School principal and track coach Charlie Floyd.
