Tony Farese swats Jim Hood for grand jury misconduct in the Sanctuary prosecution
In a Daily Journal story about the motion to dismiss in the Sanctuary case for grand jury misconduct (we blogged and linked it here), Tony Farese takes a well-aimed shot at Jim Hood:
“It’s my understanding that Hood did do an investigation and that it resulted in the firing of Scott and Harkins,” Farese said. “It’s a strange thing, because Hood said in a newspaper article (Tuesday) that he was involved in the grand jury proceedings to ensure that a fair process occurred, but it involved the misconduct of two case agents in advising witnesses to violate their oaths.”
