New calculations by the Democratic Party show Barack Obama has picked up one delegate and Hillary Clinton has lost one delegate in Mississippi.
State party spokesman Terry Cassreino said Thursday that the count now stands at 20 delegates for Obama and 13 for Clinton.
Mississippi’s 33 pledged delegates were awarded proportionally during the March 11 primary.
Cassreino said an error was made when party officials first calculated the delegate split.
