YP – State Farm Notices Courtney Schloemer to Testify in SF v. Hood

Late today, State Farm filed a motion with the Court in the State Farm v. Hood case where they gave notice that they would subpoena Assistant Attorney General Courtney Schloemer to testify in a hearing on February 6.

Remember that Schloemer has been an integral part of Jim Hood’s “investigations”. She even lashed out at a blogger or two. Of course, the blogosphere fired back.
