Home Builders Endorse Senator Flowers
The Home Builders Association of Mississippi (HBAM) formally endorsed Senator Merle Flowers in his re-election effort. The HBAM, whose 4,000 member focus is to “Build a Better Mississippi,” works to provide safe, affordable housing for all citizens in Mississippi.
“Senator Flowers has been instrumental in supporting and defending issues that directly relate to improving the business climate in Mississippi,” said Marty Milstead, the HBAM’s Executive Vice President. “Senator Flowers is a devoted supporter of the Mississippi housing industry,” said Milstead.
Flowers was proud to receive the Home Builders Association’s endorsement, saying he shares the association’s commitment to create a climate conducive to the production of safe and affordable housing in Mississippi. “I have worked hard in the Senate to assist the business community and the housing industry of our state,” Flowers said. “This endorsement is very significant, and I will continue to support the HBAM as they help people achieve the American dream of home ownership.”
