MDOT highlights its Civil Rights Division

The Mississippi Department of Transportation is highlighting its Civil Rights Division. In the early 2000s, there was a push to bring together each aspect of MDOT’s employees’ civil rights and put them under one umbrella. Now, there is a team of eight that work to ensure each MDOT employee is treated equally.
