REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC), the political arm of the National Association of REALTORS®, announced its endorsement of Michael Guest for Mississippi’s 3rd Congressional District.
The REALTOR® Party is a powerful alliance of REALTORS® working to advance public policies and candidates that build strong communities, protect property interests and promote a vibrant business environment. Mississippi Association of REALTORS® Political Action Committee (MARPAC) Committee Chairman, David Stevens cited Guest’s dedication to homeownership issues as the primary reason for their support.
“Michael Guest has a thorough understanding of complex policy issues as a result of his work as the District Attorney for Madison and Rankin counties,” Stevens said. “The Mississippi REALTORS® have full confidence that he will stand up for REALTORS®, homeowners, and private-property rights while serving in Congress.”
For the past twenty-two years, Guest has served as District Attorney and Assistant District Attorney for Madison and Rankin Counties where he led the prosecution of 20,000 criminals in an effort to make Mississippi communities safer. He serves as President of the Foundation for Rankin County Public Schools and serves on the Boards of the State and Central Mississippi Crime Stoppers. Michael Guest and his wife, Haley, have two sons and are active members of the Brandon Baptist Church.
