Just days away from the June 26 primary, Governor Phil Bryant has endorsed Republican candidate Michael Guest.
Guest won in the primary against 5 other Republican opponents, however he did not receive the required percentage to avoid a runoff. He now faces the June 26 runoff against Whit Hughes.

US and China take a step back from sky-high tariffs, agree to pause for 90 days
The U.S. has agreed to drop its 145% tariff rate on Chinese goods by 115 percentage points to 30%, while China has agreed to lower its rate on U.S. goods by the same amount to 10%.
