The June 26 runoff for two Mississippi elections is just around the corner. For the Third District Congressional race there are two Republican candidates that will face off, and two Democratic candidates running in the U.S. Senate race.
Michael Guest is a candidate in the Third Congressional District race. He won in the primary against 5 other Republican candidates and heads to the runoff to face opponent Whit Hughes. Guest is currently the District Attorney for Madison and Rankin Counties and has served in that position for 22 years.
