State Sen. Chris McDaniel (R-Jones County) sat down with WLOX over the weekend to discuss his recent comments on the Women’s March which has drawn fire nationally and that has been used by Mississippi Democrats to fundraise on over the past week.

After seeing the interview, fellow state Sen. Brice Wiggins (R-Jackson County) sent this out via Twitter and Facebook:
McDaniel, not known as one who can takes criticism and let it go, offered this rebuttal to Wiggins:
Rushing, then, to McDaniel’s defense was his confidant, former campaign manager and former state senator Melanie Sojourner:
It would appear Wiggins has kicked the McDaniel ant hill.
