Hosemann orders adult cancer camp shutdown
Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann said in a statement that his office has ordered Ocean Springs-based Mississippi Gulf Coast Bluebird Cancer Retreat to stop soliciting donations, the Sun Herald reported.
Hosemann said his office found several violations of state law, including failing to provide exam records and notification of changes in the organization.
The charity has also been ordered to pay a $2,000 penalty.
