A Sept. 9 email from Iuka Middle School Principal Monica Moss to other school officials included an attachment of the sample ballot with red circles indicating how to vote for Initiative 42…

…Meanwhile, in Forest Municipal School District in Scott County, Initiative 42 signs line the grounds of Forest High School.

A spokesperson for the state auditor’s office said signs on school property violates the same law that applied to the situations with the school districts and community colleges.
