Cochran photo case won’t go to grand jury this week
The case against Kelly, Mary and Sager had been expected to be presented to a Madison County grand jury, which convenes Thursday.
But sources, including Kelly’s attorney, Kevin Camp, said the case isn’t expected to be presented this month. No reason was given for the delay.
“I’m not anticipating it going until the next term (of grand jury),” Camp said.
Madison District Attorney Michael Guest said he couldn’t comment on it.
