FEC reports raise issues over preacher, pro-Cochran PAC

All Citizens filed their July quarterly reports with the Federal Election Commission on Tuesday. The report, which covers campaign finance activity from April through June, is the first filing for All Citizens.

The PAC first emerged just before the June 3 primary when they ran a full-page ad in the Mississippi Link supporting U.S. Sen. Thad Cochran in his primary challenge against Chris McDaniel.

All Citizens drew a lot of attention because they had not filed any paperwork with the FEC and because they shared an address and treasurer with New Horizon Church International, which is pastored by Bishop Ronnie Crudup Sr. During the runoff, the PAC again ran print advertising and also ventured into radio ads.
