McDaniel raises over $500,000 in final 10 weeks of 2014
Laurel, MS– The Chris McDaniel for U.S. Senate campaign announced today that it raised over $500,000 in the fourth quarter of 2013, the campaign’s first fundraising period since McDaniel announced his candidacy for U.S. Senate on October 17th. The campaign has over $350,000 cash on hand.
Overall, the McDaniel campaign has received donations from more than 4,400 unique contributors from all fifty states, representing an average contribution of $114.
“All across Mississippi and all across the nation, we’re seeing tremendous enthusiasm and excitement, as grassroots conservative activists are uniting behind our campaign,” said McDaniel. Conservatives are clamoring for new leaders in Washington who will fight to repeal Obamacare, rein in federal spending, and protect our traditional values. With such a groundswell of enthusiasm, I am confident we will succeed on June 3rd.”
McDaniel has been endorsed by a wide array of elected officials and organizations, including Club for Growth, FreedomWorks, Madison Project, Senate Conservatives Fund, and Tea Party Express.
