Secretary of State showcases Mississippians in latest Blue Book edition
Jackson, Miss.—Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann unveiled the 2012-2016 version of the Official and Statistical Register of the State of Mississippi or, the “Blue Book,” at a news conference in Jackson.
“In this edition of the Blue Book, we highlighted the faces of Mississippi—people who portray the hardworking, determined spirit of Mississippians,” says Secretary Hosemann. “The intellect, drive, dedication and determination in their faces mirror our own, and we are pleased to highlight their accomplishments.”
The publication also includes updated information regarding state and county officials, agencies, boards and commissions, and election returns. It is also available in a digital edition, is downloadable from the website and is updated online quarterly.
The Secretary of State’s Office worked in conjunction with Maris, West & Baker Advertising on the design for the Blue Book. The publication was printed by Hederman Brothers Printing. Both are Mississippi companies.
